Spool Performance FX-200 BMW N20 N26 High Pressure Fuel Pump
The FX-200 is an upgraded high-pressure fuel pump for the BMW N20 and N26 engines, replacing the earlier FX180 offering. Its larger bore delivers roughly double the flow of the stock pump, is fully E85 compatible, and installs as a complete plug-and-play unit with no cutting or splicing required.
The factory HPFP on the N20 and N26 is severely limited in capacity once you begin tuning, and the FX-200 doubles the available flow so you can run higher ethanol concentrations and support larger turbos. Calibration changes are required and must be applied before the car is first started with the pump installed to avoid possible damage and a voided warranty; Spool Performance can supply calibration details to your tuner. Proper low-pressure fueling is also essential, since the pump piston and bore rely on controlled fuel leakage for lubrication and low-pressure starvation can cause damage that voids warranties.
