The KW V5 Coilover Kit with HLS 2 is a 4-way adjustable high-performance coilover suspension built around KW Solid Piston Technology and a modular design with damper valves connected in series. Its damper valve units sit separate from the damper inner tube and piston rod, so the compression and rebound damping can each be adjusted in a low-speed and a high-speed range with 14 exact clicks per range.
Because the valves react directly even with small spring travel, minimal steering movements, and minor road undulations, every input from braking, acceleration, steering, and load changes can be damped more precisely. The Solid Piston dampers also provide more platform support to the chassis than conventional dampers, and two basic setups are available: a comfort adjustment and a performance setup.
