Precision Raceworks BMW N54 Direct Injector Tool
The Precision Raceworks Direct Injector Tool is engineered for the removal and installation of BMW N54 direct injectors and the compression of high pressure seals. Thread the tool onto the fuel injector inlet and use the slide hammer to tap the injector free.
New seals install with the included expansion tool stored inside the shaft. Insert the injector into die #1 for 10 seconds, die #2 for 20 seconds, and die #3 for 30 seconds, then install within 30 seconds or recompress.

How to use
- For removal, thread the tool onto the input of the fuel injector and use the slide hammer to tap the injector out.
- For seal installation, pinch and remove the old seal with needle nose pliers, then install the new seal using the expansion tool stored inside the shaft.
- Insert the injector into die #1 and count to 10, then die #2 and count to 20, then die #3 and count to 30.
- Install the injector within 30 seconds of removal from the third compression die or compress it again.
