The Precision Raceworks 1/2" Phenolic Spacer is precision-engineered in the USA from premium fiber-impregnated phenolic material to dramatically reduce heat transfer from the cylinder head to the intake manifold. By delivering exceptional thermal barrier protection, it helps lower intake air temperatures to support a denser air charge and reduce the likelihood of engine detonation.

Designed specifically to work seamlessly with aftermarket metal performance manifolds including all BMP intake manifolds, this spacer uses factory-style O-rings for a reliable, airtight seal without the need for messy liquid gasket adhesives. It installs cleanly and works without requiring extended studs on many popular performance manifold setups.
